required abilities: secure sailing in footstraps and waterstart– no Wing experience needed – Mountainbike basics – no surf or SUP experience needed

Flatwater/ Choppy Bay – depending on sailing area and wind direction

Upwind Reefbreaks – can be big
hightide break just upwind of bay
Lagoon and Reefbreak more upwind – Los Charcos
sandy beach – enter and exit in Windsurf Channel

wetsuit recommended: summer 2-3mm / winter 3-4mm
spot right in front of Village Costa Teguise

SURF / SUP in Famara / northwest of the Island
WingFoil at Las Cucharas or in La Santa (west Lanzarote)
MTB starts at Costa Teguise or the Village of Teguise

WHAT WE DO

During the six Clinics days, we will be THE sport of the day. Depending on the given conditions, we will go either for windsurfing at Las Cucharas, Surf or SUP in Famara, Mountainbike (trails for any level) and WingFoil for beginners plus a nice evening program

The Windsurfing CLUB LAS CUCHARAS will be our host and serves DUOTONE / FANATIC / POINT7 gear – Surf Rental will be at Volcano Surf and MTB at one of the very well equipped Bike rentals in town
